To apply for the Headshots Advantage Card simply download the Headshots Advantage Card application, and fill it out. Bring
the completed form into any Headshots location with two pieces of identification including an existing credit card for credit
approval.
The Headshots Advantage Card can be used at all Henry’s retail locations including the Henry’s Outlet Centre for in-store
and in stock items only.
