What extended financing options does Headshots offer year round?
- 90 Day No Interest, No Payment options is available on all purchases over $99 (excluding taxes) with no adminstration fee.
- 24 Equal Payment Plan on purchases over $699 (excluding taxes) with an adminstration fee of $69.95. Annual interest of 11.9%.
- 36 Equal Payment Plan on purchases over $899 (excluding taxes) with an administration fee of $89.95. Annual interest of
11.9%.

Yes, your personal information will remain confidential. We do not share, swap or sell our mailing lists or personal information
files to any third parties. We never have.
Who do I contact regarding my Headshots Advantage Card account and billing inquiries?

Where can I use my Headshots Advantage Card?
The Headshots Advantage Card can be used all retail locations including the Headshots Outlet Centre. Existing Headshots Advantage
Cardholders may make purchases through the Headshots Commercial Department. However, due to the nature of the credit bureau,
the Headshots Advantage Card is a personal card and employees cannot apply for the Headshots Advantage Card on behalf of
a company. HSBC only conducts personal credit checks.
Can I use my Headshots Advantage Card online?
At this time, the Headshots Advantage Card cannot be used for on-line purchases. The Headshots Advantage Card is currently
available for use on in stock, in store items only. Headshots Advantage Cardholders will be able to use their cards on-line
at a later date.
Can I use my Headshots Advantage Card for deposits?
At this time, Headshots Advantage Card holders cannot use their Headshots Advantage Card for deposits. Deposits can be made
using Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and the remaining balance can then be made with your Headshots Advantage Card.
Can I pay my Headshots Advantage Card bill at Headshots?
Headshots cannot accept bill payments for the Headshots Advantage Card. Customer can make payments by mail, phone, through
on-line banking or at the nearest HSBC Financial Services Branch. Cheques should be made out to HSBC Retail Services and
sent to HSBC Retail Services, 5100 Sherbrooke St. East Suite 100 Montreal, Quebec H1V 3R9. For on-line banking the payee
is ‘HSBC Retail Services'. For the nearest HSBC Financial Services Branch see

Can I place a telephone order?
Existing Headshots Advantage Cardholders can place telephone orders.
Can I apply for a Headshots Advantage Card online?
A pdf application is available on www.henrys.com, please bring this application with you to the store with two pieces of
identification. You will be required to sign the application in person.
I've lost my Customer Credit Agreement. How can I obtain another copy?
The Customer Credit Agreement is available for download. You can also call HSBC Retail Services at 1-800-463-9506.
