  • Sports Shooter Must Have Lens

Growing up as a kid I used to play a lot of sports. Every weekend in the summer I'd be on the diamond playing baseball, and in the winter I'd be on the ice playing hockey. Now that I'm a photographer and no longer a player, I still want the feeling of being in the game and part of the action. This lens gives you that incredible sensation. With it's fast focusing performance mixed with a pro level camera shooting 8-11 fps, this lens will allow you to capture detail you didn't think possible. Mixed with a 1.4x TC, you get an effective focal length of 420mm at f/4. The lens is extremely well built, and is possible to shoot with it handheld, but for extended periods of shooting, I would highly recommend a tripod, or a monopod at the very least.

Fantastic lens. My most used lens. Easy to hand-hold, and can be used with all 3 TC's. Great on either DX or FX bodies.
